Toadhall Montessori Nurseries, Meithrin and the Out of School Academy, continually monitors and evaluates the high quality of care and education provided, across all 4 Care Inspectorate for Wales (CIW) Themes and the 24 Minimum Care Standards, by undertaking an annual, ‘CIW Self-Assessment of Service’, as well as our own Annual Quality Review, which involves all stakeholders, ie parents, guardians, children, staff and other outside agencies associated with Toadhall Montessori – for example, local schools. Following feedback, a ‘Quality Review Report’ is written, which feeds into our 3-Year Business Plan.
Toadhall Montessori, values the voice of everyone, associated with our provision, to ensure our Policies and Procedures, are continually monitored, evaluated and reviewed, thus ensuring the highest standards of care and education for every child, parent, carer & family are both maintained and continually enhanced.
We implement the ITERS and ECKERS, approach to monitoring the quality of provision in all our settings.
We also welcome suggestions for improvement continuously through the year, using various strategies, for example, asking parents to complete a feedback form, following Parent Meetings. Concerts and Celebrations.
All the feedback we receive, supports our rolling,’3-year business plan’. This ensures our high-quality care and education for every child is continuously being both maintained and enhanced, which in turn means the best outcomes for everyone- allowing them ‘to be the best they can be‘
