FEE STRUCTURE
Registration Fee
Creche and Nursery
A non-refundable Registration Fee of £80.00 per child is required to book a place at Toadhall Montessori Nurseries, (i.e.:- attending Creche and/or Nursery). This registration fee covers the period of time your child attends Toadhall Montessori Nurseries but ceases when your child commences fulltime education.
Out of School Academy
When your child/ren commences fulltime education and you wish to use our ‘Out of School Academy’ service, which includes both After School and Holiday Academy care and education, you will be required to complete a new set of registration forms and contract and pay a non-refundable registration fee of £60.00 per child.
Discounts
At Creche and Nursery a 10% discount is available for siblings, provided children attend the Creche, Nursery for three full days or more.
The Out of School Academy offers a 10% discount for siblings who attend the After School Academy and the Holiday Academy.
Fees for 2021/2022 are as follows :-
Creche and Nursery Fees
Full Day Children aged 0 – 4 years – the current daily rate – £60.00
NB: – We offer a very limited number of half day sessions at Creche and Nursery.
Half day rate – £38.60p
Additional hourly rate – £13-50p
How Fees are calculated for Creche and Nursery
Fees are payable one month in advance by the 1st of every month and must be cleared by the 4th of every month and are calculated using the following formula: –
- The number of sessions/days attending x the daily rate x 52 (the number of weeks in the year) ÷ by 12 (number of months in the year).
NB When your child becomes eligible for the Childcare Offer, (aged 3 plus) fees are then payable every 4 weeks, in line with the claims procedures set out by the Welsh Government Childcare Offer.
Fees may be paid using Childcare Vouchers, the Government’s Tax-Free Childcare Voucher Scheme, BACS Payment and/or Cash. Cheques are not acceptable at any time.
Out of School Academy Fees
Before School – For breakfast and drop off at school £12
After School – For children 4 to 12 years – the current daily rate is £18
Holiday Academy – For children aged 4 to 12 years – the current daily rate is £40.
NB:- We do not offer half days within the Holiday Academy due to the fact the children are out and about every day.
How Fees are calculated for Out of School Academy
For Before and After School Academy fees are calculated by the number of sessions attending in the month x the daily rate
For Holiday Academy fees are calculated for the number of days attending in the holiday period ie:- 1 week,2 weeks or 6 weeks x the daily rate. Fees for the holiday Academy MUST be paid in full at least one month prior to the start date.in order to secure your child’s place.
Payment of Fees
Fees can be paid by BACS Transfer/and /or Voucher/HMRC Tax Free Childcare or Cash. NB :- We do not accept cheque payments
No reimbursement of fees will be made if your child does not attend.
Please note once you have booked your child’s day/s at Toadhall Montessori, it is not possible to ‘swap’ those days for other sessions. You may however book additional days as extra sessions, depending upon availability.
Booking Extra Sessions at Creche, Nursery or Out of School Academy
Extra Sessions may be booked, depending upon availability, and must be paid for at the time of booking by BACS Transfer and /or Voucher/HMRC Tax Free Childcare or Cash. NB: – We do not accept cheque payments
Once you have booked your child’s extra sessions, no reimbursement of fees will be made if your child does not attend.
Please note:- Toadhall Montessori Nurseries and Out of School Academy Fees, are reviewed as from the 1st April each year.
Fees are still payable in the following circumstances:
- When your child is absent due to illness or holiday
- For all Bank Holidays – days cannot be given back in lieu (Creche ,Nursery and Before and After School ONLY)
- If Toadhall Montessori Nurseries and Out of School Academy, has to close due to adverse weather conditions or if there is an outbreak of any serious illness, such as H1N1 Virus ,Norovirus, Coronavirus – Covid-19 etc.
- Or for any other reason beyond the control of Toadhall Montessori Nurseries and Out of School Academy
- If your child is unable to attend due to forced closure as stated above, a deduction will be made from the fees due, for meals, normally consumed when the child attends. The current rate for breakfast, lunch, tea and snacks is £5 per day. If your child attends half days the deduction for meals is calculated on a prorate basis
- Expert teaching and learning via online platforms, such as Zoom. Microsoft Teams etc. along with developmentally appropriate learning packages to meet individual needs, will be put in place for all children who cannot attend due to closure which is beyond our control
- Late Payment Charges – Fees that are received AFTER the 4th of the month will incur a late payment fee of £5.00 per day plus a one-off payment of £10.00 to cover additional administration costs. Late payment charges MUST be paid for, at the time the Late Payment Invoice is received
- Holiday Academy-Cancellations to bookings / non-attendance will be charged at the full daily rate once the Holiday Academy commences
- Changes to bookings / swapping days for the Holiday Academy, cannot be guaranteed and will incur an administration charge of£25.00 on each occasion
- Holiday Academy fees are payable in advance. Invoices are issued once a booking form has been completed, signed and received
- Payments for Holiday Academy fees, including childcare voucher payments must be paid 30 DAYSin advance of your child’s first attendance at Holiday Academy. If your child does not attend for any reason, full fees are still charged
- In relation to the Holiday Academy, if your child is attending for more than 2 WEEKSwe will accept stage payments in advance. If you wish to take advantage of the voucher scheme, please inform Miss Jess, the Out of School Academy Leader who is responsible for all bookings
- Parents of children who are aged 4 and still entitled to the Childcare Offer may use this form of payment for the Summer Holiday Academy, if they have any weeks left of the 9 holiday weeks entitlement
