TOADHALL MONTESSORI NURSERIES, MEITHRIN AND OUT OF SCHOOL ACADEMY
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Parent/Carer/s, is/are:-
- required to visit the setting and attend a ‘show around’ /’visit’ (Creche, Nursery and Meithrinfa) and if requested, at the Out of School Academy)
- read through the Prospectus/Statement of Purpose/Website and agree to follow all Toadhall Montessori’s policies and procedures
- complete, sign and return Toadhall’s Registration Form
- read through, sign and return Toadhall’s Contract
- pay the required deposit before your place/s can be secured
- complete and sign the relevant forms for Medical and Emergency Treatment, Outings and Visits, Photographs, Allergies (if required), Advertising (if required)
- ensure the named person/s pick up your child ONLY
- provide a password for emergency pick up ONLY
- support the setting to complete a Transition Pack for creche, nursery
- support the completion of a ‘One Page Profile’ for their child/ children and Meithrinfa
- Ensure you keep us updated about your child and any changes in circumstances, for example, change of address, contact numbers etc.
- provide 8 weeks written notice if you wish to withdraw your child/ children from the Creche, Nursery, Meithrinfa or After School Academy or pay 8 weeks fees in lieu of such notice
- Give 8 weeks’ notice if you wish to reduce your child/children’s days of attendance at Creche, Nursery or After School Academy or pay 8 weeks fees in lieu of such notice
- Children cannot be withdrawn and then later reattend
- Fees can be increased at any time but wherever possible, at least one month’s notice will be given
- For the Holiday Academy only, agree to pay all fees due for days booked at least 1 month before your child commences, as stated above
- Pay the cancellation fees, as stated above, should you decide not to take up the place for your child’s at Creche, Nursery or Out of School Academy
- Follow the procedures for payment of fees, as stated above
- Follow the procedures for any ‘forced closure’ of the Creche, Nursery, Meithrinfa or Out of School Academy, as stated above
- Ensure all your child’s belongings and additional clothing are clearly labelled with your child’s name
- Provide suitable clothing and footwear as requested
